From Mendocino, the 2004 Syrah Alder Springs Vineyard exhibits a blueberry, raspberry, floral character that suggests a cool climate site, as well as notes of underbrush and pepper. It offers excellent texture, medium to full body, and a tasty, savory personality. Enjoy it over the next 5-6 years.
