It settles beautifully, never gets buttery and remains centered on citrus and minerality - just how we like it. This year, the flavors are as focused as ever with lemon curd, flint, chalk, clove and light vanilla notes on a linear frame, which fans out across the palate in waves of rich, intense fruit.
